Here at Create A’ Cocktails our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, are like that of nearly every other successful bar. Through strictly following this SWOT analyses, we will succeed.

Strengths:

-Our pub/bar exterior is clean and tidy.
-Our prices are cheaper than your competitors.
-Our style is new to the area.
-We offer products no other bar offers.
-We have a themed entertainment night.
-We have a branded image.
-We have a good choice of items available on your drinks menu.
-We employ well-trained staff.

Weaknesses:

-Our pub/bar is new and not established.
-Our pub/bar has poor disabled facilities.
-We have limited funds available.
-We offer a product, which is already available on the market.
-We don't advertise our pub/bar.
-Customers have to travel further to get to our pub.

Opportunities:

-A large military presence in the area
-A new housing development is being built nearby.
-A main competitor has closed down.
-The building next door has become available so expansion may be an option.

Threats:

-A high street brand is moving into the area.
-Our operating costs are set to increase soon.
-Our pub or your bar lease is up for renewal and a rent increase will happen.
-A main competitor has lowered their prices and started a price war with us.
